By purchasing and using CitationLister you agree to these Terms of Service. CitationLister is a product of SEOLabTools. These terms govern your use of all CitationLister products including Standard, Pro, Niche Packs, Niche Packs Plus and Agency editions.
Upon purchase you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license to use CitationLister for your own business or client work. Standard, Pro and Niche Pack licenses are for personal or internal business use only. The Agency license adds unlimited client management and white-label rights for your own client work, as described in Section 5. The Reseller license adds the right to sell CitationLister Standard and Pro to end users, as described in Section 5.
You may use CitationLister to generate citation content for any legitimate local business. You may use the tool commercially — including generating content for client businesses and charging clients for citation management services. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on CitationLister without a resell license.
We offer a 15-day money back guarantee on all CitationLister products. If you are not satisfied for any reason within 15 days of purchase, contact us at support@citationlister.com for a full refund. Refunds are processed through the original payment platform (WarriorPlus or JVZoo).
Agency License. The Agency license grants you unlimited client management and white-label rights — you may rebrand CitationLister with your own name, logo and colors and use it to provide citation services to your own clients. The Agency license does not grant resale rights: you may not sell, sublicense, or distribute CitationLister itself to others.
Reseller License. The Reseller license grants you the right to sell CitationLister Standard and Pro to end-user customers and keep 100% of the revenue. Your customers receive personal-use licenses only — they may use the tool for their own or their clients' work but may not resell it, and they do not receive resale rights. You may not resell the Reseller license itself, the Agency license, the Niche Packs, or the complete bundle, and you may not grant resale rights to your buyers. This prevents unlimited chain distribution.
CitationLister is provided "as is." We make no guarantees regarding specific ranking improvements or lead generation results from using the tool. Directory submission and citation building are one factor in local SEO among many. Results will vary based on your market, competition and how consistently you use the tool.
